VO2 Max Events is proud of the quality and standard of the sporting events and festivals they have created and managed. Since the first event in September 2004 attracting just one hundred people, VO2 Max Events now have experience of managing International profile sporting festivals attracting thousands of competitors and spectators from around the world.

- September 2005 Coniston Trail Race & Challenge, Coniston, Cumbria - Accolades : rated "best new race in 2005" by Runnersworld magazine
- 2006 Lakeland Trails brand launched, four sell out events in Hawkshead, Staveley/Windermere, Keswick and Coniston, Cumbria - Accolades : all four events Hawkshead, Garburn, Derwentwater & Coniston rated in the Runnersworld Reader's Survey UK Top 50; Derwentwater rated "best new race in 2006"; Runnersworld magazine ratings - Coniston rated "14th best race in the UK
- 2007 Lakeland Trails increase participation numbers by 50%, four sell out events, with all Runnersworld Readers Survey Ratings higher than 2006. Hawkshead - 97%; Garburn - 95%; Derwentwater - 97% and Coniston - 100%
- November 2007 New Ullswater Trail event launched selling out weeks before the entry closing dates achieving an overall approvals rating of 98% (Runnersworld)
- January 2008 - Reader's Races of the Year 2007 announced by Runnersworld magazine : 1st overall : Puma Trailfox Coniston Trail Race (100%); 10th : Puma Trailfox Derwentwater Trail Race (98%); 12th : Puma Trailfox Ullswater Trail Race (98%); 14th : Puma Trailfox Hawkshead Trail Race (97%) and 41st : Puma Trailfox Garburn Trail Race (95%)
- April 2008 - PUMA Hawkshead Trail Race earns 98% overall approvals rating from Runnersworld
- May 2008 - PUMA Garburn Trail Race earns 99% overall approvals rating from Runnersworld
